🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Connection: Bridging the Gap Together 🤝

Monarch Yoga - Kensington

Looking for a space to reconnect—with yourself and others? Join us for a unique experience that blends the grounding power of yoga with the transformative practice of bridging techniques—simple, mindful tools that help us meet others where they are, even when we don’t agree.

In this workshop at Monarch Yoga-Kensington, you’ll:

  • Move through a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to center your mind and body
  • Learn practical skills to build understanding, reduce tension, and open dialogue
  • Practice how to listen with empathy and express yourself with clarity
  • Explore ways to create connection over conflict in everyday life

Whether you’re navigating personal relationships, work conversations, or community dialogue, this session will help you stretch both physically and emotionally into a more grounded, compassionate way of being.

No yoga experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to grow.

** If you have a yoga mat, please bring it! ** Hand towels will be provided in class.

Come move, breathe, and build bridges. We can meet in the middle—together.

Attire

No special attire is required! Come as you are—just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Think yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, or any soft/stretchy attire.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it!

About the Philadelphia Chapter

Across cities and towns just like yours nationwide, we serve our communities by starting with bringing different neighbors together for events centered around Service, Civics, and Social Gatherings.

By rolling up our sleeves side-by-side, we can begin to see that we have more in common than what divides us; that first and foremost we are fellow Americans with a common love for our families and communities.

These Chapters – also known as our Brickyards – are mobile places for neighbors to connect and solve local problems. We do this through respectful and open conversations, and to find higher ground as we work together brick-by-brick.
