Julie Bolton is a +MPU Houston – Pearland, TX Brickyard leader and has over 30 years of experience leading teams across the U.S., Canada, and even a brief stint in Scotland—guiding people and organizations through growth and change. What puts fire in her belly is building inclusive, high-performing teams where all are and feel welcomed, heard, and supported—unlocking potential many never imagined possible.

Throughout her career, Julie has been on all sides of the table: hiring, firing, laying off, being hired, quitting, missing promotions—and even being fired herself. These real-world experiences have shaped her leadership and coaching style, giving her a deep understanding of resilience, empathy, and growth. Even during times of organizational restructuring, she’s been able to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and foster collaboration. Julie has a proven track record of developing strong partnerships with customers and business stakeholders. She’s introduced smarter, more efficient ways of working—saving time, money, and stress—while always keeping people at the heart of the process.

Outside of work, Julie is passionate about mentoring, community involvement, and combating human trafficking. She finds balance and joy through hiking, fitness, cooking, and reading.
