Get ready for the 5th Annual MIA Runway 5K on October 18th — a once-in-a-lifetime chance to run on Miami International Airport’s runway 8L-26R! With more than 3,500 runners and spectators, this event combines the thrill of a 5K with the unforgettable setting of the 25,000 sq. ft. American Airlines maintenance hangar, perched right at the edge of the runway.
Together, we’ll push through the challenge of the course, build camaraderie, and strengthen bonds as MPU volunteers — proving what we can accomplish as a united team! Yes, we will grab a snack and hydrate as a group following the run.
