Civic Catalyst Dinner

Red Rooster - Overtown

RSVP

The Friendsgiving Civic Catalysts Dinner, hosted by MPU Miami Brickyard, is an intimate gathering designed to bring together a select group of civic and community leaders for shared connection, collaboration, and reflection.

The purpose of the dinner is to strengthen relationships among Miami’s civic ecosystem by creating a relaxed, meaningful space for conversation and cross-sector support. Over a family-style meal, 3–4 attendees will share brief presentations about upcoming projects or community initiatives, highlighting areas where additional resources or partnerships are needed. The remaining guests will serve as thought partners, offering feedback, introductions, and support.

This intentional exchange allows attendees to build and deepen relationships, spark new collaborations, and collectively identify opportunities to advance community impact heading into the new year.

About the Miami Chapter

Across cities and towns just like yours nationwide, we serve our communities by starting with bringing different neighbors together for events centered around Service, Social Gatherings, and Civics.

By rolling up our sleeves side-by-side, we can begin to see that we have more in common than what divides us; that first and foremost we are fellow Americans with a common love for our families and communities.

These Chapters – also known as our Brickyards – are mobile places for neighbors to connect and solve local problems. We do this through respectful and open conversations, and to find higher ground as we work together brick-by-brick.

The Miami Brickyard is led by Janett Cordovés.
