Alice Garcia is a 2023 MPU Fellow and San Antonio Brickyard Captain.

Alice Garcia, an accomplished HR Strategist and the proud owner of Real Property Management First Class in San Antonio, TX, has had a remarkable journey shaped by her involvement in Army JROTC during high school. This experience had a profound impact on her life, leading her to pursue a career in the military. After graduating from West Point, Alice served as an Army officer, demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills while guiding soldiers around the world.

Driven by her passion for inspiring and guiding people, Alice transitioned to roles in insurance, employee engagement, and strategic planning at USAA. She also contributed as one of two volunteer advisors for the enterprise-wide Veteran Employee Resource Group, showcasing her commitment to supporting and empowering fellow veterans.

Recently, Alice transformed her side job of investing in and managing rental properties into a thriving business. Alongside this venture, she serves as a strategic advisor for a sustainability start-up and generously volunteers as a career coach with FourBlock, helping others navigate their professional journeys.

Alice finds true happiness in problem-solving, bringing order to chaos, and constantly expanding her knowledge. During her leisure time, she indulges in her love for travel, exploring new restaurants, engaging in trivia with friends, practicing hot yoga, and immersing herself in captivating books.
