Allen Blair

Allen Blair (San Antonio, TX Brickyard Captain) serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Spurs Sports & Entertainment. A dedicated champion for community development, he has previously worked with the San Antonio Area Foundation and SAMMinistries—both nonprofits committed to closing opportunity gaps for those who need it most. Allen also founded Knowledge to Action Communications, an organization focused on education around sexual assault awareness, suicide prevention, resilience, and mental health. With 22 years of service in the Air Force as both an active-duty member and a Department of Defense civilian, he brings a wealth of leadership experience to his community work.
