Terrill McFarland is one of More Perfect Union’s Atlanta Brickyard Co-Founders.

Terrill serves as Deputy Director of Military Health Programs at Kaiser Permanente where she manages Tricare’s military line of business in the Georgia region and a budget of $1M. She’s developed comprehensive multi-year diversity, equity, and inclusion partnerships for Kaiser Permanente. Prior to this, she was the National VP of Military Operations at The National Boys and Girls Club of America. In this role, Terrill enhanced corporate partnerships, grew the youth engagement membership by 122%, and established an Advisory Council for military programs.
