Victoria Rametta is the Director of Operations for + More Perfect Union, the next civic and service organization convening Americans from different backgrounds to improve their communities and heal the country. Victoria oversees and manages MPU’s growth, digital programming, and long-term operational strategies. They leverage their management expertise from their previous role as Digital Director, directing a $16 million digital budget in the 2020 election cycle. Her experiences extend to consulting small businesses, advocacy associations, and agencies to effectively manage their online presence, technical infrastructure, and organizational operations. They have deep experience at the intersection of advertising, data, politics, tech, and advocacy.
Victoria has been involved in civic and political engagement since the age of 16 when they advocated for a sidewalk in their hometown of Coventry, Connecticut. This advocacy inspired her civic engagement through participation in political campaigns from state representatives, gubernatorial candidates, and US Senate. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Global Studies at Hofstra University in New York. In their spare time, they volunteer with the American Afghan Alliance of Georgia, spend time hiking with her dog Kona and playing softball in the various parks around Atlanta.
