The Front Range includes a multitude of communities along the Rocky Mountains from Colorado’s capital Denver, to the college town of Colorado Springs, and to the Home of Heroes, Pueblo, Colorado. The region straddles a state border, a mountain range and the Continental Divide itself. The Front Range literally stands above boundaries.

Brandon Newton is the Senior Director of Federal Programs for Disaster Tech, a public benefit company that saves lives, protects the environment, and builds resilient communities with purpose-built, decision-support technologies. Before joining Disaster Tech, Brandon served as an Infantryman for over 30 years on active duty in the US Army. He held several positions and participated in deployments worldwide. His last assignment was supporting disaster response across states and communities in the homeland. In addition, Brandon is a team Rubicon volunteer and a member of several veteran service organizations.

Ricardo Chavez served in the US Army as an Infantryman and retired after 21 years of service. Ric’s post-military interests include lobbying for the betterment of Veterans, Environmental Concerns, and Veteran Service Organizationvolunteering. Ric has served as a Fellow for other NPO’s and served as Chapter Captain for multiple chapters. Ric holds a M.A. in Public Leadership and is a Program Manager and HR Manager for a diagnostics company leading the fight against COVID and other contagious diseases around the world.

Mike Greenwood serves as a Director of Veteran Services at the COMMIT Foundation, where he assists military members, veterans, and their families navigate their transition out of uniform. As a servant leader, he is joining MPU with over 14 years of veteran nonprofit and military experience to bring forward into his community. As an Army veteran, Mike is passionate about guiding veterans to become leaders in their communities when they remove their uniforms for the last time. He holds a BBA from Pace University along with an Executive Certificate from the University of Notre Dame in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership and a Certification in Production Management from Indiana Tech. Mike also leads his own financial counseling practice as a trained Ramsey Solutions Financial Coach. Born and raised in Upstate New York, he now calls Colorado Springs, Colorado home. He enjoys running, hiking, and traveling with his wife, daughter, and their dog.

Ryan Woolf is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from ButlerUniversity. He served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army for eight years. Ryan is the founder of Spartan 36Solutions, a business consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. He has held leadership positions in manufacturing; landscape and construction; and financial services. Ryan has helped to guide the strategic directions of small and mid-sized organizations to Fortune 50 company.
